Premier New York Personal Injury Law Firm
Biography
Robert J. Eisen decided to pursue a law degree in part due to his family history: His grandfather had been forced to drop out of law school years before and Robert wanted to finish what he had started. Robert found that he had a passion for advocating for clients and guiding them through what can be an intimidating process of seeking compensation after an accident.
"I feel that my clients should be active participants in the preparation of their case," Robert says. "They should call as often as they like with any questions or concerns. We must work together as a team." He also is a believer in patience when working with his injury clients. Often, insurance providers prey on claimants' financial anxieties by offering quick, low-ball settlements. Robert instead advises his clients to resist these settlements while he efficiently and diligently works to secure a recovery that truly speaks to the gravity of their accident.
