Asya Domashitsky

Biography

Asya Domashitsky found her transition from her psychology studies to law school to be a natural one and she was quick to recognize just how critical it is that injury clients retain vigilant, detail-oriented representation as they seek compensation. "It is essential to be organized, diligent in information gathering and to properly delegate the time necessary for the case," she explains. "The evolving nature of the law and the legal profession presents both opportunities and challenges that make working as hard as we do worth it."

Like many of her colleagues at Subin Associates, LLP, Asya also believes in establishing and maintaining clear and honest communication with the client. In order to most effectively pursue compensation on their behalf-and best illustrate the hardships they have faced in the wake of their accident-she believes in partnering closely with her clients to become their advocate as they face this process.
