Chad Russell

Biography

Chad Russell joined Subin Associates in September 2023. With over 18 years of litigation experience, Chad handles a variety of personal injury matters. During his career he has also litigated civil rights, criminal, commercial, construction accident and appellate matters.

Chad’s employment with Subin Associates marks his return to representing injured plaintiffs. He began his legal career representing injured parties and honed his skills as a litigator and trial attorney. He then represented insurance companies for several years. That experience gives him a unique insight into how defense firms and insurance companies handle personal injury cases, and the types of defenses they are likely to raise in a case.
