Thomas P. O’Malley

Biography

Thomas P. O’Malley joined Subin Associates in the summer of 2019. An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Tom has worked for some of the top litigation firms in New York. He has a long track record of success, having obtained numerous seven-figure settlements and verdicts for clients over the past 25 years. Although he has experience handling products liability, medical malpractice and general liability cases, it is Tom’s impressive accomplishments handling construction accident, motor vehicle and other personal injury cases that make him such a great addition to the Subin team.
