This car accident occurred in the Washington Heights area in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 16. According to reports, a 25-year-old woman was operating her vehicle near St. Nicholas Avenue and West 172th Street when she collided with another car. The construction worker suffered minor injuries in the collision, the fleeing driver suffered critical injuries and the passenger in her vehicle died at the scene.
